A Team-Based Initiative to Positively Impact Nurse Retention and Work Environments

The Nursing Workforce Solutions Program, sponsored by Johnson & Johnson and powered by AACN’s Clinical Scene Investigator (CSI) Academy, equips direct care nurses with the tools and leadership skills to promote a healthy work environment, positively impact nurse retention, and improve nurse satisfaction. The Nursing Workforce Solutions Program will make a lasting contribution to healthcare organizations.

This 18-month program helps nursing teams implement innovative projects that create a thriving nursing workforce and successful and sustainable change.

Participants in Nursing Workforce Solutions Program are provided the tools to:

Strengthen Leadership Skills
Gain hands-on experience leading meaningful change in your unit.
Impact Nurse Retention
Implement proven strategies to improve job satisfaction and reduce turnover.
Develop a Healthy Work Environment
Produce effective and sustainable outcomes for both patients and nurses.
Contribute to Continued Success
Participate in a train-the-trainer model to scale your project beyond your unit.
Experience Expert Mentorship
Receive in-person and virtual training from AACN faculty.
