Nursing Workforce Solutions is an 18-month initiative that empowers direct care nurses to drive change, improve patient outcomes and enhance job satisfaction
The Nursing Workforce Solutions Program, sponsored by Johnson & Johnson and powered by AACN’s Clinical Scene Investigator (CSI) Academy, equips direct care nurses with the tools and leadership skills to promote a healthy work environment, positively impact nurse retention, and improve nurse satisfaction. The Nursing Workforce Solutions Program will make a lasting contribution to healthcare organizations.
This 18-month program helps nursing teams implement innovative projects that create a thriving nursing workforce and successful and sustainable change.
Research supports that implementing healthy work environments through nurse-led innovation has measurable improvements for nurse retention, job satisfaction, organizational culture and patient outcomes. Through this collaborative effort, we will drive change to support our nursing workforce.
